AAC NAMED BEST PLACES TO WORK IN VIRGINIA

Vienna, VA – February 14, 2024 – AAC has been named as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Virginia. The annual list of the Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group. The final rankings were announced during an in-person awards luncheon held on Feb. 1, 2024, at the Boar’s Head Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia. https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/best-places-to-work-in-virginia/winners/2024-best-companies/.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2024 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies. Within the 100 companies, 55 Small Businesses received awards, and of that group AAC was ranked #8!

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Virginia. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience and this part accounted for the majority of the evaluation score. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Virginia, analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
