AAC NAMED AWARDEE ON MAJOR TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CONTRACT FOR FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE BODY

Under this new contract vehicle. AAC will compete to provide critical Tier 1, 2, and 3 IT support services to ensure optimal performance, robust cybersecurity, and a highly reliable technology infrastructure for thousands of federal personnel nationwide.

The scope of this comprehensive support contract spans across the nation’s capital and hundreds of district offices throughout the United States and its territories. As task orders are awarded, AAC will seamlessly integrate with the client’s existing technical teams to deliver ITIL-aligned service management. AAC’s technical professionals will handle a wide array of mission-critical tasks, including service desk operations, advanced on-site technical troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, mobile device and endpoint management, and dedicated executive-level support.
