AAC has been supporting the Air Force Capabilities Integration Environment (AF CIE) since 2012. The AF CIE provides a production compliant capability with a set of enterprise services in support of proofs of concept, development, integration, and test activities in an accredited environment. The environment being supported is itself highly complex, providing six zones –sandbox, development, integration, performance, security and shared services, and PII – for seven environments emulating six different bases/Network Control Centers (NCCs) and a DISA environment. As evidence of the complex nature of this multifaceted environment, CIE has hosted development and testing teams for more than 40 DoD mission systems during this contract. Currently a subcontractor on the current contract, AAC is helping AF CIE as they migrate to the cloud.
