National Institutes of Health – Enterprise IT Services
Since 1986, AAC has provided technical and operational support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Library of Medicine (NLM), which houses the largest medical information library in the world.
AAC has been providing comprehensive IT engineering and operations support, to include cloud migration, cybersecurity, and standardization of enterprise-wide services in support of healthcare and medical applications and resources available to the public all around the globe. AAC’s efforts have supported NLM’s mission providing electronic resources that are searched billions of times per year by millions of people around the world.
AAC personnel are currently performing ITSM support, network and communications engineering, operations, and maintenance; desktop support including desktop security; Windows and Linux systems and server administration; IT security support; and ad hoc special projects.
