ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is the quality management system (QMS) standard that is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization. The standard describes the organizational controls that must be implemented to demonstrate the ability to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. The purpose of a certified QMS is to ensure control, repeatability and adherence to documented processes. An ISO 9001:2015 registered quality management system promotes, facilitates and enables consistency and continual improvements in a process, product design or service delivery.
