As part of our comprehensive IT infrastructure engineering and operations support for the FCC, AAC designed and implemented a Cisco-based UC solution for FCC users. Our engineers maintained and operated two distinct Cisco Unified Communications Clusters (for their DC office and their COOP site in Gettysburg). AAC engineers implemented Cisco Jabber as the integrated chat tool. Users were able to make and receive video calls from the Cisco IP desk phones or via their laptops. AAC ensured LANs, WANs, WLANs, FCC Unified Communications (UC) deployment, and FCC Call Centers operated at peak efficiency.
