Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – Cloud Services

AAC has been providing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) with Enterprise Operations Support (EOS) services since 2010, providing on- and off-site IT operations and maintenance support to include the 53 district and field offices across the United States. On the current EOS contract, AAC has helped the EEOC implement the SaaS platform, ServiceNow, as their enterprise-wide IT service management tool including incident management, discovery, configuration management, change management, and asset management.  AAC personnel are also working with EEOC to leverage the Azure platform migrating on-premise workloads into a secure public cloud.
