General Services Administration

AAC provided the General Services Administration (GSA) with Next Generation Technology Operations for approximately 18,000 end users. AAC provided GSA users and customers a wide range of information technology services in over 600 locations and across approximately 21 primary network hubs around the globe with the goal of standardizing service delivery across the enterprise. AAC’s support covered the entire IT infrastructure management (ITSM) spectrum. Service areas included implementing and operating an enterprise IT service desk; providing local support at GSA locations throughout the US, Europe, and Asia; server, network, and client/user services; and asset, inventory, change, and configuration management. The GSA Technology Operations (GTO) program was part of GSA’s comprehensive initiative to continue the consolidation of its IT infrastructure services for better effectiveness, efficiency, and management control. AAC provided contiguous end-to-end service delivery with a single point of contact (cradle-to-grave) for IT support services from deployment through problem resolution and technology replacement.
