Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

AAC has been providing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) with Enterprise Operations Support (EOS) services since 2010, providing on- and off-site IT operations and maintenance support to include the 53 district and field offices across the United States. On the current EOS contract, AAC has helped the EEOC implement ServiceNow as their enterprise-wide IT service management tool including incident management, discovery, configuration management, change management, and asset management and is working with EEOC to leverage the Azure platform. AAC also provides project management and engineering support to modernization or enhancement efforts within the EEOC IT enterprise.

 

AAC provided audio/visual (AV) and video teleconferencing (VTC) support to EEOC as a work order on the EOS contract. AAC provided the system support and maintenance on EEOC AV/VTC equipment through onsite AV Engineers as well as two industry leading AV companies as support partners. AAC AV technicians ensured proper equipment performance by conducting regularly scheduled inspections of EEOC AV/VTC systems and facilities.
