AAC, as a subcontractor, is supporting the Department of Labor (DOL) to support the consolidation and standardization of IT service desk best practices and resources across the DOL enterprise using an ITIL v3 based framework. Prior to the ESD contract, DOL was operating multiple help desks servicing particular regions, agencies, bureaus, or divisions within DOL. Over the life of this contract, our team has supported the consolidation of these disparate help desks into an enterprise service desk servicing 27 agencies and bureaus and more than 22,000 users within DOL.
