Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

AAC has been supporting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) since their inception. AAC has helped CFPB develop a process-driven, customer-focused set of IT support services from scratch. Over the course of the contract, we have introduced policies, procedures and best practices related to all aspects of the work we perform (in addition to recommendations for processes and standards for work outside of but intersecting with our tasks). As a subcontractor under the current iteration of this engagement, AAC has supported standing up and supporting ServiceNow as their enterprise IT service management system as well as migrating the organization to Office 365.
