AAC PARTNER, T-METRICS, ACHIEVES FEDRAMP AUTHORIZED STATUS
Vienna, VA – July 17, 2023 – AAC Inc. (AAC), a leading federal IT services provider for enterprise communications, networking, IT Service Management, and cloud services, congratulates T-Metrics, AAC’s partner in next-generation, omnichannel contact center systems, on receiving an Authorization to Operate (ATO) from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Authorized status. This significant achievement, on top of their DoD Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) approval, allows federal government agencies to utilize T-Metrics’ cloud-based, advanced contact center solution, meeting the highest level of security as identified by the federal government’s governance committees.
AAC has been a long-time partner and reseller with T-Metrics, delivering call center and unified communication solutions for federal customers. With T-Metrics’ new FedRAMP authorization, AAC’s current and future customers will have the added benefit of rigorous security standards both on-premises and in the cloud as set for federal government agencies.
“Our long-term partnership with T-Metrics has been based on our joint commitment to delivering the highest quality technical solutions combined with an uncompromising commitment to customer service,” said Mark Birch, AAC President. “We’re excited to build on that partnership with T-Metrics now that they’ve achieved such an incredible milestone to deliver seamless secure call center solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.”
As demographics change, agencies are increasingly looking for new innovative ways to improve the experiences of interactions with their constituents. Cybersecurity remains the top concern of agencies when upgrading their contact center solutions. While voice continues to be an important means of communication, digitalization is a top initiative of the Federal government. This presents an opportunity to securely upgrade existing contact centers to meet the evolving communication expectations of citizens.
With this achievement, Arthur Pravato, CEO of T-Metrics announced, “We are now the only contact center company that can deliver voice, digital channels, and workforce management features in a single solution, both on-premises and in the cloud, at the Federal government’s robust security standards.”
