AAC Benefits

Our program provides you with the flexibility and options to create a benefits package that fits your specific needs and priorities.  Specifics for each benefit will be provided during your interview process. Our benefits include:

  • HEALTH INSURANCE:
    Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage for you and your family with multiple health plan options.
  • DENTAL INSURANCE:
    Dental coverage for employees and their eligible dependents.
  • VISION ASSISTANCE:
    Vision Assistance is offered and features routine eye exam, frames and either eyeglass lenses or contact lenses.
  • FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS:
    Employees may enroll in our flexible spending program to set aside money from pre-tax earnings to pay for certain tax-deductible medical, childcare, and/or parking or transit expenses that are not reimbursable by other insurance programs.
  • LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISABILITY COVERAGE:
    Full time employees receive company provided life insurance.
  • SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE
    Employees may sign up for supplemental coverage under the following plans – Group Universal Life, Group Critical Illness, Group Cancer, and Group Accident.
  • SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY
    Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability plans are provided should an eligible employee become disabled and unable to work.
  • 401 (K) OR ROTH PLAN:
    Eligible employees are able to make immediate tax-deferred contributions to either 401(k) or Roth IRA and AAC provides a generous match.
  • COMPREHENSIVE LEAVE:
    Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) provide times for vacation, personal business, and illness on a per pay period accrual basis.
  • BEREAVEMENT LEAVE:
    Employees are eligible for paid leave due to the death of a family member as defined in the Bereavement Policy.
  • JURY DUTY PAY:
    Employees receive the difference between funds granted for Jury Duty and their regular base pay at AAC.
  • MILITARY LEAVE:
    Military leave provides eligible employees with up to 10 days of differential pay (difference between what employees receive from the military and what they receive from AAC).
  • PAID HOLIDAYS:
    Employees enjoy ten paid holidays per year following the government OPM Holiday Schedule.
  • EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
    Employees have 24×7 access to the employee assistance program, Employee Connect free of charge.  All employees have unlimited access to guidance consultants; and legal, financial, and work-life services.  Up to four in person sessions with a counselor per person, per issue, per year for short term problem resolution.  Also available is legal assistance, financial consultants, assistance with marital and family problems, and comprehensive customized packets to accompany all work-life services.
  • GROUP LEGAL:
    Employees have access, through an employee-paid service, to attorneys for assistance with legal matters such as will preparation, real estate purchases, estate guidance, etc.
  • TUITION/SEMINAR/CERTIFICATION REIMBURSEMENT:
    AAC provides tuition, seminar, and certification reimbursement or up-front pay for advanced training, education, and certifications that will help them in their career.
  • ONLINE TRAINING COURSES:
    Employees have access to an online portal with thousands of technical training courses.
  • EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
    AAC rewards employees who refer new employees with a cash bonus at time of hire and after 6 months of employment of the referred employee.
  • HOME/AUTO INSURANCE:
    Employees may receive discounts on their home and auto insurance.
  • CELL PHONE DISCOUNTS THROUGH CARRIERS:
    Employees are eligible to receive a discount on your cell phone service through AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
  • TRANSPARENCY IN COVERAGE RULE:
    This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
