AAC provided the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Enterprise-wide comprehensive IT infrastructure support services, to include operating and maintaining OJP systems and infrastructure and providing cradle to grave service desk, end user, and infrastructure support for all customers of OJP IT services under a performance-based contract. AAC provided 24x7x365 data center support for a virtualized cloud environment and managed OJP network operations and NOC support for four data centers located at OJP headquarters (HQ), Rockville, MD, Pocatello, ID, and Sterling, VA, supporting physical and virtual servers and systems and the virtualized cloud environment. The OJP network infrastructure, applications, and services reside in multiple environments to include Amazon GovCloud, Microsoft Azure, and Rackspace Cloud.
