Walter Reed National Military Medical Center

AAC provided the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) with unified communications support leveraging the Avaya platform. Our team upgraded WRNMMC to Avaya Call Manager (CM) 7.1 while maintaining O&M of the existing PBX system. Following the upgrade, we continued providing day-to-day end-to-end PBX UC operations and maintenance activities for WRNMMC and IRMAC.
