AAC provided Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Infrastructure Support and Information Security services to over 1,400 users at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  AAC assisted the FTC in completing and validating the preliminary conceptual design of ITA-1 from an operational perspective. We provided design services to assist the FTC in finalizing the new IT infrastructure, making changes as necessary to comply with the guiding principles discussed below, and to comply with best commercial and public sector practices for IT O&M. AAC installed non-leased Government-Furnished Property (GFP), hardware and software, associated with the ITA-1 architecture in the FTC’s new redesigned datacenter located in the headquarters building. Finally, AAC provided ongoing O&M support for the entire FTC IT Infrastructure which includes resources at the headquarters building at 600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW., D.C., its satellite office at 601 New Jersey Ave., N.E., and all 8 regional offices.
