AAC Passes Second ISO 9001:2008 Surveillance Audit
Nov 08, 2010AAC Inc. is pleased to announce that its ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System successfully completed its second surveillance audit performed by EAGLE Registrations Inc., an independent third-party organization. It is required that external audits are conducted periodically to ensure that AAC is maintaining compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard, as well as customer and regulatory requirements. AAC was first certified to ISO 9001 standards in 2006 and continues to uphold its registration.
Having zero nonconformances in an external audit is not only the best possible outcome, but it confirms AAC’s commitment to quality management. Performing regular internal audits in between surveillance audits is one way AAC ensures that quality control is consistently implemented into the work product.
“The success of another surveillance audit reinforces that we are continually improving our system and speaks volumes about the people and processes that we have in place,” said AAC’s President Jim Francis. “AAC continues to evolve and mature with quality incorporated into the way we conduct business.”
