AAC Successfully Passes ISO 9001:2008 First Surveillance Audit

Mar 19, 2010

AAC Inc. has successfully passed their first surveillance audit since recertifying its Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008. During the previous three years AAC successfully completed all external audits while registered under the preceding quality system requirements for ISO 9001:2000. All audits were performed by EAGLE Registrations Inc. which concluded that the Quality Management System that AAC has in place continues to be acceptable and was recommended for continued registration.

AAC has performed many internal audits to ensure the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards are consistently being followed. The standard identifies optimal working practices which enables AAC to accomplish its business objectives while enhancing customer service simultaneously.

“Our employees recognize how much ISO has done for AAC, especially when it comes to improving processes, increasing quality assurance and higher customer satisfaction” said AAC’s President Jim Francis. “ISO continues to bring value to AAC year after year and it’s hard to imagine performing work without it.”
