AAC's CIO/CTO to speak on ITIL/ITSM at FOSE

AAC's CIO/CTO, Mr. Ugur Koser is going to be a speaker at the 2010 FOSE Conference on March 24th at the GSA Alliant Pavilion. Mr. Koser will share his experience and lessons learned on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).
