AAC Receives a Subcontract to Perform on Army's ITES-2S Contract Vehicle
Dec 04, 2007AAC Inc. announced today that it has received a subcontract from Science Applications International Corporation [NYSE: SAI] to perform on the U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services Contract (ITES-2S). The ITES-2S contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle with a three-year base period of performance and a total of three, two-year options. SAIC is one of 16 companies to receive a prime contract award under the ITES-2S program, and the estimated, collective value of the entire program is $20 billion.
As a subcontractor to SAIC, AAC will have the opportunity to provide the Army with IT services, business process reengineering, information systems security, information assurance, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.
