AAC's Quality Assurance Program

It is standard AAC Inc. procedure to incorporate quality assurance (QA) into all of our contracts and task orders. AAC’s approach starts with a company-wide Quality Management (QM) System supported by the highest management levels. This QA/QM system, which is ISO 9001:2008 registered, drives the development and continuous improvement of processes and standard operation procedures for all internal activities as well as service delivery to our customers. All employees and their contract/task order activities are subject to our QA/QM processes; thus they are aware that quality and continuous improvement are the top priorities at AAC.

At the individual contract or task-order level, AAC’s Program and/or Project Manager works with client staff immediately upon award to develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) specific to the scope of work to be performed. A comprehensive QCP is the foundation of performance-based work, in that it codifies the essential tasks to be performed, establishes acceptable levels of accuracy, timeliness, or other performance indicators (known as Acceptable Quality Levels or AQLs); and designates the specifics of who/when/how: who does the checking, according to what schedule, and how is the worked to be checked?

AAC’s proven past performance is the direct result of our approach to QA/QM. Our Project Managers have a solid foundation of appropriate training, resources, and tools necessary to develop, enact, and administer QCPs to ensure our performance exceeds customer expectations in every way.
