IT Trainer

 Job Description:
•Responsible for delivering technical IT training to OJP users.
•Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
•Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate.
•Deliver training programs both formal (e.g. a classroom) or informal (deskside).
•Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver skills.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and learning outcomes.
•Will assist the software team in trouble shooting user issues with MS Office and other COTS packages
 

Qualifications:
•3 years experience in IT training
•Knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, MS Office 2007/2010, and other standard desktop products (i.e., Adobe, Web browsers)
•Must have good verbal and written communications skills
•Must have very strong problem solving skills
•Must be very organized, detailed and communicate with all levels of management
